What Causes Infection After Knee Replacement?

I just got out of the hospital , I got a knee replacemnt ,ive developed a small infection and the doctor put me on amoxicillian and im very worried that it will cause me to develop a yesat infection, how many yogurts do i need to consume to avoid this?
