What Causes Infertility Having Diagnosed With PCOD?

Q.My wife had PCOD and we were trying to concieve but not successed from last 3years, we have tried CC,Letrozole,HMG etc but no result.Finally we made Laproscopic Ovarian Drilling ,Endometrium bipsy and D&C on 2nd May 2011 and she had menstual cycle on 4th may .But from 10th day onwards she is complaing of abdominal pain so we had sonography and it was indicated that there is lot of fluid in the POD. Is it because of ovarian drilling ? or is it any matter of concern?
