Hello,

- Letrozole is a drug used to treat infertility and to improve your chances of conceiving. It is not generally used during pregnancy
- Astaxanthin is a carotenoid supplement and folic acid is a vitamin. No significant side effects
- Progesterone helps prepare your uterus for conception and keeping your pregnancy

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
