What Causes Infertility Having Fibroids And Cysts In Ovaries?
I had a Hystercopy & D&C procedure done yesterday. OBGYN said type of hyperplasia I had was simple hyperplasia w/I atypical. My tissue result test won t know till next week. For any pre cancerous cells. She feels I need to be on porestrogen to treat this, I m a breast cancer of 14years. I am 42 now. Married 11years. Never been pregnant. Been trying since we have been married. I did have 3 ultra sounds all showed fibriods and cyst on my right ovary. OBGYN recommended IUD Mirena. After reading pros & cons. I opt out for it. Because of the uncertainties for me. I still long have a child of my own. What are the alternatives treatment in my case.

You seem to have hyper estrogen state which causes breast cancer , hyperplasia and fibroid
As your doctor suggested it's ideal to take progesterone and MIRENA IUD is very safe.
if you don't take it , it would lead to progression of the disease to cancer.
right now concern is treating your condition , then comes pregnancy.
