What Causes Infertility In A Healthy Couple?

Helo Sir I m 32 yrs female and husband 39 yrs. We r trying to conceive for second baby from last 1 year. Semen analysis reports are normal as dr. said. (Motility 70%) Now they hv give paternia tablet to hubby and siphene . All the test reports including HSG test are normal. Now doing ovulation study thru ultrasound. What are the chances we hv?
