What Causes Infertility?

Hi, im Female, 27 years of age, weighing 70 kg and with the height of 163 cm. Me and my husband are trying to conceive for our second child for about more than a year now. I had a full check up last year to prepare myself to conceive again last year and all results seems to be ok according to my doctor but until know im still not conceiving. I went for another check up lately and im ask to do these procedures, Pp smear, LT, Prolactin, TSH, FSH, Vaginal ultrasound, Semen Analysis for my husband and HSG for me because my first baby was delivered through CS and my doctor is suspecting that it had cause for my Fallopian tubes blocked or it had cause any incisions. All test are done and results are out already except for HSG which im having the appointment on June 4 on my 8th day of cycle. Pls read through my other results that i attached and give me your opinion and advice. Thank you.Hi, im Female, 27 years of age, weighing 70 kg and with the height of 163 cm. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your husband analysis was OK. You had a bit liquid in the abdomen, which is a sign of inflammation or ruptured cyst. This needs further evaluation. You should do a Hysterosalpingography to check the uterus and tubes if they are open. Inflammation sometimes causes blockage of the tubes.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
