Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

In your semen analysis report the sperm motility is less. Normally it should be more then 50% . Yours only 30 %.

This decreases chances of conception. I would suggest you to start drug combination of lycopene, zinc, multivitamin after consulting your doctor. This will improve motility. After 3 months get repeat test.

Also do some life style modifications like
-reduce weight
-quit alcohol and smoking.
-avoid trauma to testicles.

Hope I have been helpful .

Regards
