What Causes Inflammation And Lump On The Neck?

hey I don t know but the left side of my neck near my ear closer to the inside of my neck is always inflamed and there s a bump only noticeable to me when I press in that area plus I noticed my facial hair grows no hair indicated in the areas I just said where on the right side grows hair there

it can be lymph gland. mainly of tubercular specifically primary complex. it requires local examination by doctor for diagnosis. may require aspiration biopsy. treatment can be recomanded after proper diagnosis and getting biopsy report.
