What Causes Inflammation And Pain In The Joints?

Hello. I recently had MRI of pelvis revealed cyst in cervix and si joint inflammation. I ve been dealing with si joint pain for a year now and flares up more before menstural cycle. I m being tested for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. Can it be coming from the cyst?

Usually it doesn't come from cyst it usually happens when there is a systemic inflammatory disease like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis..these disorders effect all parts of body including joints and organs I would suggest you not to panic and follow the management plan to get a proper diagnosis only then it can be treated.
