Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain
Lichen Planus is a Chronic inflammatory condition that effects mucous membranes and skin and can occur due to causes like drug reaction,
allergy to dental materials, viral infections etc while at times can be due to no specific cause and comes under Idiopathic Lichen Planus..
It is generally a chronic condition which can slightly improve but recurs and become aggressive..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician or an Oral Pathologist and get evaluated and he can advise you topical application of
steroid ointment..
Gargling with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine can help..
Try to use toothpaste that does not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphate..
You can also be advised mouthwash containing Ciclosporin and Tacrolimus..
Avoid irritants like
smoking and alcohol..
Such ice to reduce inflammation..
Take a
soft diet and avoid spicy and hard foods..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
