Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to dacryocystitis which is an inflammation of the tear duct.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-take oral prescribed antibiotics
-take anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day
-use artifacial teardrops
-use warm compresses

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
