What Causes Inflammation In Between The Toes And Painfully Swollen Hands?

burning in between big and next toes, general burning on side of both feet toward front Stiff, aching, swollen hands, left hand almost completely numb. Middle fingers want to lock. These symptoms are new for me. I am afraid because diabetes runs in my family, but my blood sugar has always been ok. I am overweight and am trying to walk 30 minutes a day. Also crave carbs, want to eat all the time and have gained, not lost, weight like my doctor wants me to do. I had lost weight until a couple of months agol. I am also concerned about the venaflexine. I have a lot of family problems right and might qualify as mildly depressed, but I d rather be depresssed than fat and hurting.

hi mam/sir,as you are a diabetic,i suspect carpal tunnel syndrome at wrist.your feet/toe burning might be due to peripheral neuropathy,a complication of diabetes mellitus.we,in our clinic, conduct nerve conduction studies to diagnose both the above conditions.many of my patients with similar symptoms, got relieved after administration of tab.pregabalin 75mg once daily at bed time.it causes some sedation so to be taken at night.also promising results are seen with tab.gabapentin 400mg plus nortriptyline 10mg combination.if your symptoms worsen or dont come down, please have a consultation of neurophysician.hope i'm clear in my explanation.any other issues,i'm always ready to address.thank you.take care.bye.
