over the last two weeks I have noticed a flushing of my arms, left being greater than right. random areas of redness and a little warm to touch, a warm shower will flare up a little, not particularly dry but slightly itchy. Question of gluten intolerance?

Asthma. Chronic peptic ulcer. Tuberculosis. Rheumatoid arthritis. Chronic periodontitis. Ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Chronic sinusitis. Chronic active hepatitis. There can be various other causes as well.
