What Causes Inflammation In The Lower Lungs After Treatment Of Pneumonia?

I have had several episodes of pneumonia and have respiratory disease For the last two days my lower lung area has been very inflamed I have done my usual respiratory treatments and have used a heat pad on the area Just concerned that it might be pneumonia

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned any symptoms, pneumonia can be treated successfully with appropriate antibiotic, if it was pneumonia and was treated well then recurrence is less likely, if it is creating the doubt then you can go for further workup or you can consult the physician, heat pad will not work at all.
