What Causes Inflammation In The Pelvic Area?

i m experiencing a urination problem which started sometime 3 weeks ago now. i have to wake up many times at night to make a trip to the bathroom and i feel inflamation in my pelvic area, hard and weak flow of uniration. any medication or relief advise?

hi sir/mam,some more details are required to arrive at a diagnosis like your age,gender,fever,abdominal pain if any.its ok.if you are a female aged 50yrs,we can think of atrophic vaginitis(peri and postmenopausal age),urinary infection is also a possibility.in males aged >50yrs,prostatic enlargement should be considered.urine examination for microscopy and culture/sensitivity is the primary investigation.ultrasound abdomen and pelvis can also be considered.hope my answer has given you an idea of what you are going through.if you are a female,please have a gynaec consultation and if male,you can go to surgeon or a urologist.unless and until a specific diagnosis is made,we cant initiate any treatment.hope you get my point.thank you.take care.bye.
