What Causes Inflammation Of Area Between Scrotum And Anus?
Sudden inflammation of area between my scrotum and anus (perineum?) Seems to be getting worse, no pain though. Never had an issue like this before I m 44 and relatively healthy. I noticed this Saturday morning and Today it seems to have gotten a bit worse and looks as the the bottom of my scrotum is a little inflamed

From history it seems that there might be having some local skin infection giving this problem.
Clean the part with plane water and apply antibiotic cream.
If infection is more you might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5 days.
Keep local hygiene proper.
