you are having ear infection. can consult ent doctor for examination and diagnosis. proper medication can be recomanded by him. taste bud suppression generaly happen in viral infectio like flu. it is self limiting and recovers of its own. it appears you are more effected by anxiety neurosis. nothing to worry. it will be alright in due course of time.
