What Causes Inflammation Of Skin Along With Recurring Hiccups In A Child?

Hi. My one year old had become a little under the weather today. Being generally mardy and has had a temp. I gave her calpol at bedtime which is seven o clock. I have just come to get in bed myself and she was really warm to the point her skin was red so I undressed her quickly opened the window and gave her some medicine she seems to be sticking her tongue out a lot and has had hiccups 3 times in fifteen minutes. She is responsive and trying to be her normal self. Do I need to worry.
