What Causes Inflammation On The Back And Excessive Weight Loss?

I almost everyday have some kind of inflammation around my back area and causes me to drink alot of water and its been for quite along time. Now its kind of worse and I ve been going to alot of doctors and they ve been giving me alot of medicines which has not cured anything. Now i am loosing weight and that scares me. what should i do to find out what s really wrong with me on the inside of my body. Also i am now having severe head pains. thank you, Sheila
