What Causes Inflammation,pain And Burning Sensation Of Legs ?

My legs specially foot and below knees get inflammation at times it disaapears some times pains and burning sensation I am troubled of,I am 70 and with good health earlier and used to run and walk moderate exercise. Now if walk 200 meters getting tired

I appreciate your concern, this could be due to circulatory disturbances, try to keep the leg in elevated in position avoid standing for long time, condition need to be investigated for exact etiology, and if found something wrong in circulation then this need to be managed accordingly, hope this information helps, take care.
