What Causes Inflammations In Pap Test?

Hi I have cervical ectropion and my gyn says it dosen t need any treatment.I don t have any Infection and my last year Pap test was normal without any organism or malignancy except for Reactive Cellular changes associated with severe inflammation. This week i got tested for annual Pap smear and my result reveals as following : -Reactive Cellular changes associated with inflammation -negative for malignancy my gyn says the inflammation isn t abnormality and dosen t need any following up but i am still worry .why my recent Pap test shows inflammation as well as last year? as i said i haven t had any infections.Doset cervical ectropion could cause these inflammation in my pap test?

Cervical ectropion is the cause of cervical inflammation.
Thus, cervical ectropion is responsible for repeated inflammation on the Pap test.
Cervical inflammation is commonly seen in sexually active females and females in reproductive age group.
There is nothing to worry regarding the reactive changes on Pap test.
No organism is detected on the pap test thus, no anti-microbial treatment is required.
You can get your pap test repeated after a year or according to your routine.
