What Causes Inguinal Pain During An Erection Sometimes And Shrunken Testes And Penis?

Hello, I am a man aged 35 years and single. I have one testicle and have always been scared to inquire with the doctor. Sometimes i feel some inguinal pain during an erection which sometimes radiates to the testicle. However this pain has been lessening with time. My problem is that my penis and testicle have shrunk and I feel embarrassed a lot. What could the problem be,

The problem may be related to the amount of testosterone released. Testosterone plays a role in genital organ size so if the level is decreased then this can be affected.

You may want to consider visiting your doctor and having your testosterone levels done to see if replacement therapy is needed.
