hi,
thank you for providing the brief history of you.
A thorough neuromuscular assessment is advised.
As mentioned by you, you are on
depression drugs and have insomia along with pain in back, neck and shoulders. Also you have pain and
numbness in the arms.
As by reading the depression drugs and insomia it is clear to help you here is, that due to the
fatigue in the muscles you are not able to propel the body and this is one factor for leading to pain. Second, the depression drug has one of the side effect as
back pain, which is common as the pharmacokinetics of the drug is such. So you need to take immense rest will little general exercises. Also, a thorough neuromuscular assessment is advised since you have numbness in the arms, but as per my understanding with you history i feel it is related to your insomia and depression drugs.
Scheduling an appointment with a
psychiatrist and later stages a physical therapist, you can come out of the situation.
I myself had such issues to suffer with but will
physical therapy and the help of psychiatrist i am fine now. In my clinical experience i have been seeing such cases now very often and i advise them the same. The process is little longer but success is always waiting.
