Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Insomnia Along With Pain In The Neck And Back?
I have been having trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep for the past year off and on because of generalized pain. Pain in my neck, back and down my arms and legs. Its making me feel anxious. Having restless leg syndrome symptoms, but not sure that s what it is. I have been treated for frequent urination, thinking it was a bladder infection, but wasn t. Also some IBS symptoms but have not been diagnosed as such. My question is, is it possible this could be fibromyalgia and at what point do I contact my doctor? I ve been attributing it to getting older, just turned 50 a few months ago. But I am so frustrated with not getting any sleep.
