What Causes Insomnia Despite Consuming Avodart And Flomax?

He was on Avodart, Flomax at bedtime, and Bethanacol 50 mg qd before eating. Last RX now Dutasteride in place of Avodart. Up to bathroom almost each hour till 4 a.m. or so. He started Dutasteride a month ago. He now is dribbling at nigh prior to waking, and sometimes slight incontinence during the day. ANy suggestions? His doctor says it is a problem of getting older robertandjulia.patterson @gmail.com

several points.
avodart takes months to work. All of them are not that strong. None of them actually shrink the prostate back to normal. should check for infection or diabetes but mostly surgery is a roll of the dice but not great medication to treat it.
