Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing could be due to various factors. Insomnia can be caused by stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, or even certain medications. Headaches can also have multiple causes, such as tension headaches, migraines, sinusitis, or even as a side effect of medication. A metallic taste in the mouth can be caused by medications, nutritional deficiencies, gum disease, or even certain medical conditions such as acid reflux or kidney disease.

In addition, feeling feverish and lethargic could indicate an underlying infection or illness. It is important to consult a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment. They may suggest further testing, such as blood work or imaging, to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms.

If stress or anxiety is suspected to be contributing to your insomnia, incorporating relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga may help. Additionally, practicing good sleep hygiene, such as avoiding screen time before bed and maintaining a regular sleep schedule, can also improve sleep quality.

Overall, it is important to seek medical attention to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and receive appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
