I have been having problems falling asleep. I am never tired anymore. My eyes don t ever get heavy, I don t yawn. I want to go to sleep at 10:00 PM and wake up at 7:00 AM. I stay up all night, until about 2-4 o, clock in the morning, and that s when I feel tired. I don t know what s wrong with me, I really want this to stop. When I usually go to sleep that time, I wake up around 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. This happened, and I missed going out with my family to eat, so they left me there. I really want this to stop, this has been happening to me for months, I really want to develop a sleep schedule so I can get used to this. Right now, it s 4:23 AM. Please help me.
