What Causes Insomnia While On Topiramate, Clonazepam And Metformin?

My husband is 74 years old has been diagnosed with essential tremors. He is taking 100 mg topiramate 2 times a day, clonazepam 0.5 mg 3 times a day for tremors, metformin 500 2 times a day for sugar, pramipexole for restless leg, atorvastatin, enalapril and b complex. Something is causing him not to sleep at night. any ideas what we do to help him.

That's more likely due to clonazepam and premipexol which can lead to insomic because changes in dopamine and sedative effect of clonazepam.
