What Causes Instability In Left Knee Post Surgery For ACL Repair?

yes, thank you. My left knee which is 2 years,5 months post op for acl repair[using hamstring tendon] remains unstable and I am unable to walk normally. no health insurance since after surgery. What is my next step, in terms of diagnostic testing.
