What Causes Intense Burning Pain While Urinating?

I have a burning intense pain while urinating. The pain is so intense at the tip of my penis. I had my urine tested and everything came back clear. No STDs or uti present. I am taking doxycycline and phenazopyridine for 3 days but so far no results. Not sure what to do.

Burning sensation while micturition could be from urethritis like urinary tract infection. Get investigated with urine culture study. If any organism isolated than antibiotic course prescribed accordingly. Cranberry juice extract tablet useful. Fruit juice esp orange juice will be useful. Avoid excess spicy foods. Drink more water. Consult physician for examination.
