Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had an abortion in Feb of this year and afterwards had some very intense hip pain. I have since continued to have hip pain although not as intense. The pain is located at the front top portion of hip and if I push on the are it hurts. I do often require chiropractic adjustments, but even after several the pain doesn t seem to fully go away.
The hip pain does not seem to be related to the abortion, especially considering the fact that chiropractic helps improve your situation. For this reason, I recommend performing a hip joint X-ray study and consulting with an orthopedic surgeon.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
