Hello, Often women who have menstrual symptoms like you are considered for a hysterectomy, which can often help eliminate these problems, and protects against other problems from the uterus, such as uterine cancer. So I would consider discussing this with your doctor to see what they think about that. Also, if you make sure to let your doctor know that these symptoms are not improving on their own, that is often a factor that is considered before doing a major surgery like this, since sometimes women have symptoms for a short while which resolve on their own, and so surgery would not be beneficial.
