What Causes Intense Pain And Swelling Of Foot Radiating To Hands?

Thank you. Suffering from intense pain that started suddenly in my feet, first my right foot, on the pad. Swelling, tenderness, pain shooting into 2nd, 3rd and 4th toes, toes become stiff. Now it s in my wrist/hands with similar symptoms. On my wrists, there can be overnight swelling of the wrist bone and lumps arising. This whole mess moves around from one foot to two feet to one wrist to both. Can t make a fist or straighten my fingers. All this started in July of last year, abruptly. It has gotten dramatically worse over the last 6 months. I m 52 female don t drink or do drugs. HELP

Well come to HCM
Symptoms may be suggestive of arthritis changes, if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with the medicines given bellow, it is advisable to rule out the possibility of diabetes,
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg once in day
