What Causes Intense Pain In Forehead Radiating Towards Eyes While Having Migraine?

I suffer from migraines, but the pain that I am getting is much different than a migraine. It hits me from the top of my head to my eyes, only on one side, but the pain is so intense that it makes me cringe. It lasts for a second and then it is gone. Should I be concerned?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Cause of migrain is in the ganglion of nerve in the base of skull, pain of migrain originates there and travels along fibers of trigeminalinerve so the pain travels. Migrain comes at intrvals and intensity depends upon the signals from the ganglia. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice tab metopropralol to begin with 40mg twice a day gradualy inceasing ,up to 340, taking care of pulsr rate and take minimum dose at which you are comfortable. . I will also add tab flunarizine 20 once a day. I will inform that effect of drugs take 20days or more to starts its eeffect
