What Causes Intense Pain In The Chest And Collar Bone?
I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. I have chest and lower contusions on body. They x-rayed me. I feel I need an MRI. I m I terrible pain in chest and collar bone. Should I have anMRI to check for organ damage? This happened Tuesday 30 2016. I m type 2 controlled diabetic.72 yrs old.
You should have told me the results of X-ray. Yes, we can go for Imaging. You can do MRI of the chest. It can give you more details about internal structure's damage including tissues.
You can also take some multivitamins supplementation Along with MRI, I would like to give some other tests: 1. Complete Blood Tests 2. ECG
Please post the results of these tests and a doctor can evaluate your result and can give you the next course of treatment. Do not worry. You are under treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
