Hello,

You should have told me the results of X-ray. Yes, we can go for Imaging. You can do MRI of the chest. It can give you more details about internal structure's damage including tissues.

Please continue your medicines for diabetes.

You can also take some multivitamins supplementation
Along with MRI, I would like to give some other tests:
1. Complete Blood Tests
2. ECG

Please post the results of these tests and a doctor can evaluate your result and can give you the next course of treatment. Do not worry. You are under treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
