What Causes Intense Pain In The Hip Joints, Lower Back And Knees?

Hello, I am a 23 yr old female with intense joint pain resonating in the hip sockets, lower back, knees, elbows. All joints pop and my bones feel tender to the touch. I get bad circulation in my feet, tension headaches, random sharp pain in my lower abdomen (my left side under my ribs), one of my rib vertebrae crack every time I do a sit up. My hips pop in their sockets every time I take a step. I get really painful back pain after sitting and feel very fatigued all of the time. I am active and eat healthy meals, but have a hard time with sleeping. Besides the above issues, I have a great bladder, so I pee all the time. This causes me to wake up 4-5 times each night to pee. I haven t slept through an entire night in years. Running causes pain in my hips from the impact. I live with a lot of constant aching pain and am hoping to get some answers and guidance on what to do from here. I don t want to be so young and have all this pain, its debilitating at times. Thanks for listening, Warmly, -Rachel

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
