General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems like pinched nerve. To me, it should send to the ER if the pain won't subside. Try to massage her back area with analgesic cream or essential oil.

Apply warm clothing on her back to get the muscles relaxed. Give magnesium supplement no more than 300 mg to ease the pain and stiffness.

Once again, if she is not feeling better, and if you notice something more, she should send to ER.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
