What Causes Intense Pain On Both Sides Of The Body Post Menisus Tear?
4 year old bucket handle medial menicus tear with some months of pain and some months of no pain. In the no pain phase now, except when I sleep on right or left side (wake with sharp stabbing pain, need to walk off for about 30 mins) No pain if I sleep all night on back. Thoughts on why this happens? Suggestions? Thank you ,Kathy
As first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
