What Causes Intense Piercing Pain In Lower Back While Bending?
Im 59 years old bent over to make the bed and had intense piercing pain in my lower back. It has been constant hasn t stopped at all,a day later went to er was given pain meds and a muscle relaxer, it helped now the pain is just in my hip and goes down my leg. Had a x ray nothing is broken but still in intense pain. Can t stand or walk even sitting is horrible. What is this and what can I do ??

I really appreciate your concern, because of the sciatica such pain may be likely and this can be best managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" sustain release once in day, bed rest is also advisable, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
