What Causes Intense Pressure In Head With Dizziness And Low Energy Level?
I am a 19 year old male. I have intense pressure in my head, but not quite a headache. My nose bleeds hours at a time for no reason. I feel dizzy and light headed all the time and have no energy. It seems my vision is getting worse every day. What is wrong with me?

Due to bleeding you feel dizzy and lightheaded due to hypotension. This is all due to this Epistaxis and you need to consult an Otorhinolaryngologist for complete checkup and evaluation.
It may be due to the deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps or some other anomaly of the ENT. So he will treat accordingly. Epistaxis problem resolved, you will feel better then.
Keep a balanced and healthy diet full of salmon fish, vegetables, fruits and avoid processed red meat.
