What Causes Intense Recurring Pain On The Feet?

All of the toes on both feet have intense pain that has been recurring for weeks, with no apparent cause. The pain is throbbing, and makes my feet twitch. Nothing seems to alleviate the discomfort. It makes it extremely difficult to fall asleep. There is no visible swelling, bruising, redness, or anything like that, and all of the toes bend without difficulty or additional discomfort.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are more consistent with conditions like plantar fasciitis.

As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. In that case you might require steroid injection to the sole.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
