What Causes Intense Stomach Pain While Eating And Drinking?
5 days ago I got intense stomach pains whilst eating and drinking (alcohol) at a BBQ. Since that moment I have constantly needed the loo. Even after drinking water within the next half hour I will need a bowel movement. I ve never had tummy issues before. Is this just a bug or could It be more serious?
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.
It seems to be due to high stomach acidity. May be there is an ulcer too in the stomach and/or duodenum.
I suggest a Gastroscopy for this purpose.
start Omeprazole and it will relieve the issue to some extent until you get an appointment with a Gastroentrologist for endoscopy and evaluation.
Hope I answered all of your health concerns . If you have further questions in future, feel free to contact me anytime & I will get back to you in no time. Please give a positive feedback.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
