What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding After A Miscarriage?
so i had a miscarriage about month and a half ago... i never really stopped bleeding.. like i would bleed lightly for a few days, it would stop for a few days, and it would start back up. my period was suppose to start like monday or tuesday and i still havnt gotten it... i havnt bleed this week at all. and i take birth control.
Hi Thanks for posting your query on HCM I have read and understood your concern. After a miscarriage, it is always good to ensure that the uterus is empty with a pelvic ultrasound. If it was not done done, persistent light bleeding may be caused by retained debris. Also, a post abortum infection may give a similar presentation especially if the discharge has a foul smell. I will suggest you see your Doctor for examination and a pelvic ultrasound. The symptoms may as well be due to birth control pills. However, only examination by the Doctor may help identify the exact cause. Hope this my answer will help you Wish you good health.Feel free to write back if more concerns. Best regards
