I pill is usually quite efficient and you did get two periods after the intercourse it means there are little chances that you are pregnant , taking contraceptive pills do cause problems and disturbances with the cycle there is nothing to worry it will get better with time, i would suggest you wait and see strategy at this moment, if you don t get periods in this month you should visit your doctor regarding the reason.
