Hi doctors Im not due do for my period for another 2 weeks. However about 2 weeks ago i started. I recently stopped 2 days ago. Tonight. It started again and the pain and cramping i have is really bad. I have had two csections and this pain is worst then them. I have been on birth control since May. Hi,

Menstrual disturbances are known to happen while on birth control pills. This happens due to hormonal variations. It generally subsides on its own and does not require any interventions.

However, if such symptoms continue to bother you and occur more frequently, you need to be evaluated clinically. In such an instance, kindly take an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
