What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding?

I m 36 year old female. I ve had normal menstral cycle but was on the Depo shot for 16 years this year I stopped it for awhile and I was getting a normal menstal cycle then it came every two weeks now every 7 days. I have been stressed but not sure what this could be?

itistheeffect of stopping depot. it has caused hormonal imbalance. consult gynechologist forexaminatio and advise on treatment. there might be fibroid uterus. need not be stressed and proper examination and advise will solve the problem. take theadviseofgynechologist forpropertreatment.
