What Causes Inter Menstrual Vaginal Spotting?
I have had my period every other day for the past three months; it has slightly light spotting, not heavy. I came off contraceptive pill about one year now , I ve been trying to get pregnant since but no luck as yet. Just wondering if this could be hormonal imbalance or something more serious ?

I really appreciate your concern, for pregnancy presence of sperm and ovum is must at the time of coitus with correct hormone level and it is the physiological phenomenon and to some extend it is the natural one so keep trying for it no need to give the hope off, good luck hope this information helps.
