What Causes Inter Menstrual Vaginal Spotting?

Hi, we had intercourse on 9th march.exaclty after 8days which is on 17th march, i did saw bleeding from my vagina.the blood looks very light and sort of brownish and pinkish as well.but, may be 6 to 8 drops of blood was found.my period jus completed on 8th of march. please do help me out, wat could be this? this is the firsttime im going htrough this. Thanks.

Hi, I think there can be various reasons. First , it can be due to some infections. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. Second , it can be due to some cervical pathology which can be detected on pelvic examination. You may need some antibiotics. If any cervical pathology is there, it will be treated accordingly. It can also happen during ovulation also and according to your periods date, you might be ovulating now.
