What Causes Inter Menstrual Vaginal Spotting?

im staining lately. my dr. scheduled an appt for me for a saline sono to see if i have polyp imbetween now im having white tissue together with clots of blood coming out what could it be? im very nervous I ve had a melanoma removed this august, it was only local so no further treatment was required. now with staining issues, im very concerned whats going on inside.

Hi. Age is not mentioned. There are many causes like infection, polyps, hormonal imbalance etc. So you need gynaecological examination and ultrasound test to find out the cause of spotting. If any thing supicious, it needs biopsy and confirmation of diagnosis. Based on the diagnosis, treatment can be offered. Thank u
