What Causes Intermenstrual Bleeding?

I had my period on November 2nd. I'm not sure when I ovulate my guess is Nov. 15. I had bleeding only when I wiped the first 3 times. Very light bleeding. Now its gone no more signs of bleeding. I have a 30 day cycle/ regular periods. Could I be pregnant? When should I take a test?

This could be implantation bleeding which is a sign of pregnancy.
You should get pregnancy test done if you miss your routine period date.
